this is nothing the webteam can fix. The information is taken from Vcs-* fields from the source package. After alioth migration, many Vcs-* values have been broken, hence Alioth admins in CC. If alioth admins cannot put the right rewrite rul, then you have to ask every src maintainer to fix the Vcs*.
