Indeed, when www.debian.org is served by a debian.org machine, no page
nor logo is made available.

We should customize this with the logo and name of the partner that host
each specific webmirror.

All webmirrors are now debian.org machines, managed by mirroradm group.

All other mirrors have now a custom sponsor_img.jpg and sponsor.html.
