Can you ask comcast if the try to validate debian.org's DNS entries via DNSSEC 
and fail?

BTW: these questions are more suitable for debian-u...@lists.debian.org or
debian-ad...@lists.debian.org (the later one if you think it is a problem with
the debian infrastructure).
