I don't see a translated page

Hello.
I translate a page(http://www.debian.org/CD/artwork).

First of all, I checkout a* webwml/korean/CD* folder.
And create a 'artwork' folder.

*#mkdir artwork
#cvs add artwork*

and then, translated page file(index.wml) move to webwml/korean/CD/artwork.
I create a Makefile. I type *$(subst
webwml/korean,webwml/english,$(CURDIR))/Makefile* on Makefile.


*#cvs commit index.wml*
*password: typing westporch-guest's password
*
*#cvs commit Makefile*
*password: typing westporch-guest's password*

I recevie a mail.(subject: *Debian WWW CVS commit by westporch-guest*)
but, I don't see a translated page (http://www.debian.org/CD/artwork/).
only default language(english) page printed, instead of korean.

How do I fix a problem?
