Two weeks since Hideki asked for a change, I dig in both debian-...@l.d.o and Debconf-team archive: Gerfried, Valessio, Holger, Francesca, Damyan and me agreed to change it, and Brian proposed to add an explanation box. Only Alexander was against the change mainly because it has been sent this way; true, it is in the public archive [0], (as this discussion), noone will deny that, but the change proposed won't say that the announce is wrong, it will just drop the mention of "10th".
