Thanks for the report. We do have a problem though: Debian uses GeoDNS to deploy www.debian.org, AND we have a round robin list webservers listed in the www.d.o zone. For a start, could you please do 'dig +short -ttxt www.debian.org' or any equivalent and tell us the output? This should return you something like "EU view" or "NA view", so we know where to start searching. Best would be if you could give us the IP address of the host having that problem so we can contact that specific hosters havint that problem.
