Could please precise what you do mean by "torrent page" ? I can download without any problem http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/5.0.2/i386/bt-dvd/debian-502-i386-DVD-1.iso.torrent from http://www.debian.org/CD/torrent-cd/ then the download start (I use rtorrent).
