Ah, fixed that yesterday shortly after you reported it on IRC.
The etch to lenny upgrade also updated the viewcvs that drives cvs.debian.org. viewcvs got replaced by viewvc in lenny, and while the package tries to automatically upgrade it completely screwed up.
