Hello. I'm french and when I try to read http://debian.org in my native language, I have problem with special characters (like é, è, à, etc ...). The page seems encoded in ISO-8859-15 (that's what seems to be detected by firefox at least), except the security section which seems to be encoded in UTF8.
So by default, security section looks corrupted and when I switch to UTF8, security section is the only part of the screen which is not corrupted. Thank you to check if I'm wrong or not.
