To whom it may concern, the links on the jigdo website (http://www.debian.org/CD/jigdo-cd/) still refer to the jigdo files for debian-40r5 (e.g. http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/4.0_r5/i386/jigdo-dvd/ ), which cannot be found. After changing the link to http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/4.0_r6/i386/jigdo-dvd/ the correct files were found.
