Hi, I finally took some professional time (...) to analyse this bug. The result of these two hours is the attached patch. The idea is to simply add ";q=0.1" (exact value to be discussed maybe) at the end of the "Accept-Language" header. With this patch, the "default" language (always "en") is given a lower priority. Note that the patch is to be applied on kdelibs (3.5.9.dfsg.1) and not on kdebase. It is no perfect solution, but at least provides a way to read debian.org translated !
