Hello, I am translating the release notes for etch-and-a-half. I see that html entities were used in the title for english/releases/etch/debian-installer/etchnhalf.wml but not in the body the <q> tag was used instead.
Do I also have to use html entities in the title (Romanian quotes are different than English ones) or is this something that should be corrected in the English version as well (with smartchange, of course).
