There is a bug in links address in source section. When you look at http://packages.debian.org/source/sid/vlc binary packages which are built from this (here: vlc) source package has links to http://packages.debian.org/sid/sid site, not to http://packages.debian.org/sid/[package_name] site. What is funny, the same is not only for other binary packages in sid, but also for etch (wrong link: http://packages.debian.org/etch/sid) and sarge(another wrong link: http://packages.debian.org/sarge/sid).
