Notes: I'm not sure if #use wml::debian::url is still necessary in the changed vendors.CD.def I was also unsure about adding title tags: First, it would probably have required me to possibly place each <td>data</td> into its tag with rather ugly logic with <ifeq>. Second, it would have hugely increased the size of the already-large page significantly (adding the same two "yes" or "no" explanatory sentences to every <td>). As another accessibility improvement, I wanted to add a summary attribute with "This table describes Debian media vendors in [country] based on their ..." to each table, but I was unsure about how to handle translations for that without having a different string for every single country.
