So I go about running check_trans.pl for Croatian... and update
partners/index.wml, and then:
% ls index.hr.html

% make index.hr.html

% ls index.hr.html
ls: index.hr.html: No such file or directory
Err.
% make -d index.hr.html | less

Then I tried another file, but that gave something more useful:

What am I missing?
I actually cvs update'd all 300-odd MB from CVS...
