Hi,
it seems that a <toc-add-entry> within an <if-stable-release> still
works regardless of the condition of <if-stable-release> as table of
contents contains both release-specific entries:
<if-stable-release release="sarge">
<toc-add-entry name="arch">Where are the images for AMD64, Hurd or
other architectures?</toc-add-entry>
</if-stable-release>
<if-stable-release release="etch">
<toc-add-entry name="arch">Where are the images for M68K, Hurd or
other architectures?</toc-add-entry>
</if-stable-release>
