I know that, but I know it is sometimes omitted.

Yes..., now I am reminded that I also learned so.

Actually, I thought "that... normally" was an inserted phrase, which
is wedged between two commas, because the subject of the sentense is a
little bit big.  I learned that in English the subject is usually not
so big...

But in this time I may have a mistake...  Sorry.
