Done - though I wouldn't really call the current status "layout" :)
oooups, wanted to say, please do generate some paragraphs of lorem ipsum
using http://www.lipsum.com/ so that we could see how the text would
wrap, print, etc..., when the window is resized, font sizes increased,
etc...
