Hello,

here attached tar+gz archive containing 40 recent DSAs for Japanese.
Some are missing, not translated yet, not reviewed yet, or just I'm
missing :(. Would someone commit these files, please? All files were
translated by SUGIYAMA Tomoaki (thanks tomos!).
