Both variants. First has wrong inner marks and second has wrong outer
marks.
I've found an older Mail about that, so the first change is commited
already.
Polish quotation marks should be the same as Romanian.
I have added a third Alternative now. Can you ensure in your polish
books, that this is the right one? Other sources tell, polish uses
same quoation marks as Germany. Quite confusing.
