Thanks for having fixed French quotes. We discussed nested quotes
on our mailing list, and for now our preferred solution is:
div[lang=fr] q:before { content: "\00AB\00A0"; }
div[lang=fr] q:after { content: "\00A0\00BB"; }
div[lang=fr] q q:before { content: "\201C"; }
div[lang=fr] q q:after { content: "\201D"; }
