Ah, OK. Please remember to inform possibly interested parties (e.g. with an announcement on debian-legal) about how to track these issues (a suitable URL that queries the BTS for the tagged bugs would be useful). A question: does tracking these issues with usertags mean that an actual bug must be filed before a given issue can be tracked? Mmmh, maybe adding a notice about its status would be better, so that these data, though outdated, still remain publicly available until the usertag-generated list is actually working. The notice could be along the lines of: "Warning: this list is not updated anymore and should be considered incomplete and obsolete.
