the debbugs-el package (http://packages.debian.org/stable/utils/debbugs-el).
This link is dead.
And debbugs-el (http://packages.debian.org/stable/oldlibs/debbugs-el)
has been renamed debian-el (http://packages.debian.org/stable/utils/debian-el)
The german page is also wrong.
