I am the network Administrator at Pitsco, Inc. and we are having a problem with a developer being able to access your site. He can access www.debian.org/Bugs but he cannot access http://bugs.debian.org/ Are these the exact same page? We are not blocking anything on our firewall so we are thinking he has a problem with his network stack.
Should he be able to access both of these sites?
Is their any difference between the two sites?
I'm writing you from my yahoo account because sometimes we have trouble accepting mail from some organizations and I wanted to be sure to get a reply from you.
