Correct usage of grammar is one point, But that should not lead to vanishing women using Debian. Women are more than half of the world and should be visible.
Language is a social thing and language can change. So using "he" even if women are meant, too - or sometimes especially -, is old fashion and not acceptable any longer since many years.
