AFAICT the problem is that currently maint-guide isn't building at all on www-master. Andreas Barth and I found the problem and he wanted to inform the maintainer. So I guess we're waiting for a fix in the maint-guide CVS now. But I'm not really firm with the ddp stuff for the websites so there may be further problems as well...
