The owners of Familles.com have installed the Debian GNU/Linux operating system on their computer, but have not yet put any content on it - this decision has nothing to do with the Debian GNU/Linux project.
You should contact the owners directly; it appears to be a company called Kilos Multimédia, but their web site ( http://www.kilos-multimedia.com/ ) seems to be down at the moment.
