The first paragraph of the translation located at
http://www.debian.org/intro/free.ru.html says that
`В феврале 1998 термин "Free Software" был заменен на " Open Source
Software"' (In February 1998 the term "Free Software was replaced by
"Open Source"), which sounds terrible at least for me. Please replace
this sentence with a correct translation, `В феврале 1998 года некоторая
группа предложила заменить термин "Free Software" на "Open Source".' for
example.
There are several other inaccuracies and awkwardnesses with that entire
translation, though it's quite readable.
