http://www.debian.org/Bugs/pseudo-packages describes these two pseudo-packages: mirrors -- Problems with the official mirrors www.debian.org -- Problems with the WWW site I think this report better matches mirrors, not www.debian.org, but I'm not sure how (or if) I can reassign it.
