The last line ("Søren=So/ren") is OK, all others not!
people.wml includes english/devel/people.names but where does it come
from?
# people.names is not in CVS because it is generated dynamically.
# Simply 'touch ../../english/devel/people.names' if you want to run wml
# on this file at home.
Is the changelog of the corresponding package used to obtain the
author? The changelog of the gmessage package contains the name in valid
UTF-8 and this package uses the version 3.6.0 of the Debian Policy.
