Pretty please do *NOT* translate the <a name=""> tags!! Or any other
part that is part of an URL (like, id="" and similar, also in
debian-doc). You are working completely against content negotiation and
break links if you do so!
Pretty please, revert this changes and check other pages, too....
Btw., non-ascii characters in name="" and href="" tags would have to be
encoded, too. So <a href="#O-que-é"> and <a href="#não-livre"> are
broken anyway.
