Hi John, I've been looking at this with the help of the xs4all network admins and we're not sure where the problem is. From xs4all we can almost reach your IP. We can reach 24.94.43.1 (your gateway) fine, which suggests the problem is not on our side. xs4all does not have any filters for 24.94 either which could cause problems.
