 Because it looks much more appropriate than www.debian.org. <nitpick>It
has at least to do with mails, a thing that www.debian.org
hasn't</nitpick> ;-))

 Well, I guess Joy should be able to do.  (yes, he is on both pseudo
packages, I know ,)

 We can of course close the bugreport and direct the submitter to
debian-admin, if you prefer.
