 Sorry, but no.  This is not a problem with the website. Those docs are
generated from their corresponding source. I do send this mail to the
corresponding author, he is more or less the only person who can fix
this, and closing this bug, because there is no debian-doc pseudo
package which this report can be reassigned to.

 Btw., the authors address is written out on the page that is linked on
the page you noted with the word "Home".
