Debian a male-dominated organization

Gentlemen, I just had a look at
http://www.debian.org/intro/organization and realized Debian is a
male-dominated organization, not that I have any ideas how to fix that
or if it should be fixed.  Must reflect a general phenomenon.  OK,
never mind.
