www.debian.org/devel/index.html failed to built in some languages

  Hi!

  I have noticed that index.html has failed to build in some languages:
  [EMAIL PROTECTED]:/org/www.debian.org/www/devel$ ls -l index.*.html | less |
  grep " 0 "
  -rw-rw-r--    1 archvsyn debwww          0 Apr 19 11:50 index.es.html
  -rw-rw-r--    1 archvsyn debwww          0 Apr 19 11:45 index.hu.html
  -rw-rw-r--    1 archvsyn debwww          0 Apr 19 11:48 index.no.html
  -rw-rw-r--    1 archvsyn debwww          0 Apr 19 11:49 index.pt.html

  I cannot remember right now where the webwml logs are, so I cannot
  take a look at them 0:-)
