Openprojects.net has been put up for sale by Rob Levin. Now, not to crack open
this ancient debate/flamewar over where the debian IRC channels should be
hosted, but they are currently at freenode. www.openprojects.net doesn't
look up for me anymore and neither does irc.openprojects.net

There are many places on the website that reference openprojects.net
and are covered by a patch that is included. The patch changes all
the occurances of OpenProjects to FreeNode and *.openprojects.net to
freenode.net

I've fixed this at least in all original files. Translators should do
the rest.
