The file was created in Adobe PhotoShop 5.0 and was committed to CVS by [EMAIL PROTECTED] in March 1999. It was almost four years ago so he may not still have the original artwork. But I would suggest you email him directly and ask, or enquire on the debian-alpha mailing list.
