on the packages.d.o download page (partially generated by CGI, i
believe), one mirror that i have been using since i first installed
debian (about a year ago) is ftp.ca.debian.org; this mirror isn't listed
on the download page. and since i've been usng this hostname for
apt-get'ting and stuff, i think it should be included, since it's quite
a valid hostname to get packages from (and tour around a little, if
you're like me, and like browsing FTP sites...).

I'm afraid ftp.ca.debian.org is just an alias for ftp.debian.org (which
still exists for backwards compatibility), so there's no point in including
it in those lists.
