Dear Sirs: I have seen that http://us.cdimage.debian.org/jigdo-area/current/ points to ./3.0_r0 and not to ./3.0_r1 (the dates match).
I do not understand the way you maintain this site, so sorry if this link was correct. Sorry too if this was not the ordinary reports submission, but my english is not very good and I don't know the manner to submit reports about debian's web-site developement.
