Apparently there are problems with cdimage.d.o - it's been down for quite a while. There are some jigdo files for 3.0r1 images at <http://us.cdimage.debian.org/jigdo-area/3.0_r1/jigdo/>, but I'm not sure whether they'll work, because the "fallback server" for them is cdimage. If it is not available, then this means that if any file on the CD has been deleted from (or changed on) the normal FTP mirrors, then jigdo-lite will fail. Usually, files that change inbetween stable releases are documentation or floppy images. Those jigdo files are not really official (and not all arches were there last time I looked), so I haven't updated the website.
