Indeed, there is a bug, but it may belong to mp4h and not webwml. I have to investigate, but I won't have time before a day or two. Could you also check japanese/po/*.po files? It looks like there is some encoding mismatch, at least in others.ja.po and ports.ja.po files. Denis
