I want to add some few points.
As we can see lists such as [EMAIL PROTECTED] or more
generaly debian-user-<lang> are high-volume mailing list.
For ex, In Nov :
debian-user-german : 3501 messages.
debian-user-french : 2501 messages.
debian-user-spanish: 2070 messages.
Whereas debian-devel has 3002 messages.
