It seems I'm not authorized to rsync web.debian.org any more:
        opening tcp connection to www-master.debian.org port 873
        @ERROR: auth failed on module web.debian.org

The IP of www-master.d.o should not matter, but please let me know if 
the "pusher's" IP changes. I need to update our firewall rules when it does.
