I was recently appointed Chairman of the Technical Committee, and I want to try to dig the committee out of its swamp. As part of this, I'd like there to be a webpage about it, linked from the Developers' Corner.
How should I best go about doing this ? Is there a cvs module I can check out and edit ? Sorry to ask you by mail, but I couldn't find any documentation about this kind of thing.
