Re "Setting the preferred language in a browser" on /intro/cn --
Internet Explorer for Macintosh uses the following for changing the
language:
Edit -> Preferences -> Web Browser -> Language/Fonts
It might also be a good idea to point out that if one sets their own
proxy in a browser, it will most likely bypass an ISP's transparent
proxy (if the ISP's proxy is catching port 80 traffic, since most
proxies do not use port 80, but 8000, 8080, or 3128.)
