It's happening for me in dillo, mozilla, lynx and w3m, with or without proxy. Naturally, I can't check from IE. The problem seems to be that http://packages.debian.org/cgi-bin/search_contents.pl?searchmode=filelist&word=aewm%2B%2B&version=unstable is returning aewm's files, not aewm++'s files. Are you sure it's OK for you?
