But if you look at:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?pkg=db.debian.org
you will find a bug against db.debian.org. Maybe
http://www.debian.org/Bugs/pseudo-packages should reflect it?
BTW, I've experienced the same error several hours ago.
