Subject: can't view package changelogs
Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Mime-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii
User-Agent: Mutt/1.0.1i

Package: www.debian.org

For many packages,
        http://cgi.debian.org/cgi-bin/get-changelog?package=NAME
reports
        No such changelog NAME

Affected packages include:
        lynx-ssl
        w3m-ssl
        libssl09
but not
        libc6
        zlib1g
        slang1
        w3m
Could it be that the problem only affects non-US packages?
In any event, it deserves to be fixed.

Hi,

The CGI script that had pulled the copyright and changelog files, along with
file lists of all packages from the Lintian laboratory has stopped
functioning because the laboratory has been removed.

The links to those scripts have been removed and I am closing the bug
reports related to these scripts. We will implement something of the sort
again, eventually. If anyone wants to submit a wishlist bug to get this
functionality back, you can, but we're already well aware of the issue so
I wouldn't bother. :|

Sorry. :/
