Just checked the whole wml pages, only this one is affected.
Here are some solutions:
* Put the <protect> tags inside people.names
* Do not protect against passes 2 and 3.
* Compile with -W1,-N
* Wait for WML 2.0.4 (should be released in an hour or so) and write
#include '../../english/devel/people.names' IPP_NOSYNCLINES
First one is undoubtedly the best solution.
